Greetings,
My I-94 is expiring slightly over a month frm now and I intend to apply for I-539 to be in lawful status while my spouse is waiting for her naturalization. Her application was sent mid-Aug and I learned about current delays. Tho I learned that overstaying is forgiven once u r petitioned by a USC. If my EOS is denied, will I have problems during AOS?
My reason for extension is to take care of our infant USC daughter since I don't want to bring her with me bec. of her medical condition. What do u think are my chances?
Kindly advise. Thanks
