I have a question on B2 Extension denial.
I would like to know if leaving the U.S. after the date on the I-539 denial voids a 10yr Multiple entry visa. Would leaving within 2 days of the B2 extension denial keep the non-immigrant visa valid and let me reinter the United States on the same visa since I left as soon as possible after the denial. Also, is there a way to find out of it the multiple entry visa is still valid? I would greatly appreciate your input on my options. Thanks.
