B2 Extension and INA 222

My B2 I-94 is valid until August 12th 2005. I have a 10 yr multiple entry visa. I was thinking of applying for an extension.

1. I understand that if the extension gets denied then the multiple entry visa becomes void. is that true?

2. If it gets denied and I am informed before August 12th and I leave the country a day before the 12th would the multiple entry visa still becomes void?

3. If it gets denied and I am infomed before August 12th , am I out of status immediately ? or would I still have status until August 12th?

You can stay legally upto Aug 12, 2005 without any problem. Even if your extention is denied, your multiple entry cannot be cancelled.
