My mother is 74 years old and holds a current B2 visa, she has been in the USA since October 2003 - she has had her stay extended two times and the current extension expires in April 2005. Her extensions were granted due to being under a doctors treatment for her asthma/chest.
I have an E2 visa which is valid until December 2006 - is there any way hat my mother can change her status to an E2 like mine or for her to extend her B2 again??
