Dear Forum Gurus,
I asking this question on behalf of my another friend ZZ.
ZZ is in USA on B1 ( Business Visa). Had Applied for a B1 Xtension and was rejected and
he flew to Home country within the grace period(10 Day I guess) and came back to USA (currently in USA)
on the same B1-Visa.
Having said that
1.Can He apply for B1 Xtension again? What are his Possibilities of approval? other Options?
2. Can he Apply for a new H1-B Visa? while staying here? what are the chances for its approval?
3.If applied H1-B is Approved , Can he switch Status , within USA or need to go out of country for status Change?
