Currently I work in India. An employer in the US has started the H1 processing for me. The petition ( I129 ) has been filed and prcoessing is on and it is not yet approved. In the mean time my current employer is ready to process a B1 visa for me.
Is it possible to get a B1 from a different employer while H1 processing is on from a different employer ? Or will this B1 application be rejected ?
