Hi guys,
If a child (age 11-12) visits an acquaintence/parent's friend in the U.S. and and stays almost up to the max date (on I-94 it was 6 months) which is about 41/2 months would that create problems later on if that child grows up to college age and wants to come to the U.S. to study on a F-1 visa?
I heard from somebody that staying almost to the max on the B1/B2 visa creates such problems later on for children who later want to come on other visas. I wonder if there's any truth to that?
Thanks a lot.
