My H1B for this year is approved from employer B in the US. I am currently working for employer A in India. My employer A wants to apply for B1 visa for 4 weeks now. Is it a problem now? Will the H1B get cancelled if I apply for B1 visa through a different employer? I havent got the H1B stamped yet and I am yet to apply for the B1 visa. My H1B interview would be only 2 months later and the B1 plan is during these 2 months only.
