B1 visa holder to adjust status through Marriage

Hello everybody,

Please help me to with my situation.

I'm B1 visa holder (visa expires in 2006) live in New York. My I94 expired 3 years ago. and only chance i've got to adjust my status (i think) is through the marriage to women US Citizen.

The most important question is that i have two kids: 13 and 16 years. If i get merried my kids will get GC aoutomaticaly or there is some complications ???

please help

Get a good lawyer. Your case seems complicated. I dont mean to sound offending but based on what you said in your previous post, getting married to a US citizen only to adjust your status and stay here in the US is considered an immigration fraud. Also, you will have to convince USCIS and other authorities that your previous marriages have been terminated legally before you can marry a US citizen.
