Hello ,
I have a B1/B2 visa valid till 2014.(10 year multiple entry visa)
I travelled on B1 thrice so far on the same visa (once in 2004,once in 2005,one in 2006) but all three have been on business purposes(official trips.) and i had invitation letters for the purpose of travel
to show at the port of entry at that time.
I am no longer working for the same company( My Visa has NOT been annotated with any company name)
Now can I travel as a tourist on the same visa now asap on a personal reason?
What type of documentation is needed at port of entry?
Has anyone done this ? If so ,Please let me know.
P.S.Before B1,I had been to US on F1 visa and came back to India and my H1 is under processing too.Will all these affect if I travel now?)
