b1 visa annotation significance

i have 6 month multiple entry visa expiring in late nov. it has annotation - clinical skills exam. i have already used the visa for that purpose. now i plan to enter usa again in october(till jan 15) for my next exam that is step 3 and interviews of usmle.
do i need to apply again as my purpose of visit is different or can i use the same visa

urs is a mult entry visa hence u may overlook annotation this time but do take necessary documents for step 3 and interviews for port of entry.
can u please give ur email id, i would require ur guidance for step 2 cs exam.

yaar everyone has told me i can use the same visa still i feel unsure.actually the vo had told me that she is issuing me 3 months single entry for the sole purpose of giving step 2 cs . but the visa that came was 6 mths multiple entry. but it has that clinical skills exam annotation.
what happened to ur exit from usa. was submitting i 94 enough.
