I am currently in US on B1 and I-94 is valid till June 15th 2006.
My company is ready to sponsor me L1 and can i change my status before my I-94 expires , if so what is the procedure.
I also have Approved Petition of H1B from a different employer , can i change my status to H1B if L1 is not possible ? What is the procedure ?
