I came to usa 3 months ago to attend interviews. I am currently on B1/B2 mutli entry visa. My fiancee got the citizenship and she is ready to sponser me for permanent residency. I have two questiosn here
1. Can i marry her and apply for adjustment of status?
2. Whether she need to apply for K1 visa? If she applies K1 visa, can i stay on B1 visa till my interviews are over?
