I came to US in 2003 on B1 from my company in Bangalore to the US Division(of the same company). The US company then converted my B1 to H1 and I received the I-94 along with my H1.
Now I am planing to visit India for few weeks and I need a Visa stamping from Chennai consulate to re-enter US. Will I face any issue in the consulate since my company brought me here in B1 and changed to H1?
My wife is on H4 visa and she will be here in USA when I am in India. Will this be a problem since she is on H4 Visa.
