1. I applied for my B visa in the month of January 2001, but was refused.
How can I determine that visa was rejected under which law - 214(b) or 221(g).
2. Now I have got my H1 approval and am planning to go for stamping in the coming week, what are the probabilites of getting it, is there any impact of my B1 refusel on my H1.
3. What way should I proceed to get my H1 stamped, Do i apply through DropBox or should I straight away proceed to Embassy for interview.
