B1 filing Issue

Hello;

One of my friend is sponsoring B1 for 3 months for project training and after that I am planning to get on some other status liek F1 or H1B. As per the reuirements I will be having a to & fro ticket with me as a B1 traveler but I don't intend to return back. My query is that in this case will my friend's company will be held liable for violating the B1 visa requirements and helping some body to enter US. In this case will they be having trouble to file B1 visa's in Future.

Will apreciate if somebody helps me out with the solution asap.

As far as I am aware H1B are issued at the consulate/embassy level......therefore such a visa could not be obtained in the US anyway.

Also, a B1 visa is self sponsored......a company does not sponsor the visa for someone, it's the individual who applies for it on their own back.
