B1--> F1 --> H1-->Green Card

Friend of mine is on I 485 pending status and her journey to greencard is B1->F1->H1->I485. Her receipt date is 10/01 and still nothing received from INS. She asked me whether I can get any answer or opinion from this board for her. As her lawyer told her there would be no problem.
