Please give me solution. Plsssssss

Dear Sir/Madam,

I came to US on B1 Visa and I am going to stay here for the stipulated 90 days, which is till mid-feb. But it seems now that i require more than 90 days to complete my schedule of business trip to meet all my company's cIients all over the coastal area. And i want to go
back to home country(India) after 90 days and come back again due to personal engagements in my home country and i dont want to extend the B1 visa and stay here.

I have the visa validity for 10 years, and i want to come back very soon to complete the business deals with the clients here, so how much gap (exact in days, if any) i should take to come back again to USA. Is there any time frame or exact time gap between 2 Business trips to USA.

I am very grateful if you can please provide me this info.

Waiting to hear from you soon...

Thanks & Regards,
Phani Kumar

It should be okay if you depart as soon as possible and come back after a few weeks.
It would be helpful if you carry documentation to support that you still need to complete your business when you come back. Just in case there are questions.

Thank you very very much!

One more thing, departing as soon as possible means, you mean to say to leave before 90 days this time and coming back in few weeks means, shall i come back with 2 to 3 weeks gap, or it should be more than that. Pls clarify?

If you can leave earlier than the date on I-94 especially since you have some work back home. This will prove that intent. and then if you come back within few weeks that will bolster your claim.

2-3 weeks is okay if you can explain it.

Most probably you will not face any questions but if you do you should have solid reasons and backing for what you are stating

Thanks very much again buddy.

One more thing i want to get clarified at this junciton, wht will be the complications of extending the I-94, i heard that it will be a problem when we apply for H1 or L1 in future if we extend I-94. Many of my friends told me not to extend the I-94. So please tell your opinion on this.

I am very grateful for your information.
