Hi,
I've sponsored one of my wife's relative a B1/B2 VISA. The person got a 10 year Multiple Entry Visa. He came to US last April and planning to go back next month.
My question is that, if he come back to US by himself or with the help from some other relatives with the VISA I've sposored, Am I still responsible for all his expenses in US in case he incur any expenses which he can't afford to pay( I've filed for I-134 (affidavit support) as part of the original sponsorhip). If I'm still responsible then Is there a way I can cancel the VISA which I've sposored once after he leaves the country.
I would really appreciate if any one can answer this questions.
