B1/B2 VISA Validity

Hi,
I have a B1/B2 visa valid for 5 years. Recently I had visited USA through the company who got me this visa. Now that I am back to homecountry I have left this company cause I had other good options which obviously I have excersied. My employer was very upset with my act. He also told me that they will inform INS that I have left them. I don't know whether they have done it or not.
Can anybody please help me find out whether my visa is still valid if they have informed INS and can I visit my some real close friends in USA on this visa. Is there anyway to find out whether the current visa is still valid or not by its control number over some web site.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME FIND SOME ANWERS..

the company dint get u the visa. it was u on whose credentials the us embassy issued the visa..
rest assured once issued the visa can be revoked only if u breach their law and not on request of the past employer , so chill out :) and visit whereever u want.

B1/B2 Issue

Hi

You can travel to the US as a Visitor with the same stamping, provided you have an itinerary and an Invitation from your friends in the US. U cannot go on B1 because u will nto be able to provide a job confirmation letter from you employer. Write to me at menakarajendran@gmail.com for clarification
