B1/B2 VISA Re-Entry

Hi,
I have a B1/B2 VISA Valid for 5 years. Currently I am employed @company X who processed my B1/B2 VISA. I am in USA currently and I want to know if I change/leave my current X employer and take up some other employer who would want me to visit back in USA within a month of my legal return -- Can I use the same B1/B2 VISA From the previous X employer or do I need to seek another B1/B2 VISA.

I also want to know if I leave my current X employer -- can I still visit USA on my current B1/B2 VISA to see my friends??

Hey, the B-1 visa is not company specific like the work visas. Irrespective of the fact that you got your 5 year B-1 visa from Company X, your B-1 doesn't get cancelled when you leave company X. You surely can change status to one of the work visas while you are in the US however, its advisable to do so after 60 days so that the INS does not have questions about preconceived intent.
