B1/B2 Visa For Non - Credit Course

I visited new york in March for vacation for 10 days and I am planning to travel again to attend a non-credit course in NYU on a B1/B2 Visa. My course starts on Sept 27 and ends on Dec 22. My problem is that i want to register for another course that will start in Feb 2011 and have the same duration. If i leave the country for a couple of weeks will i be able to re-enter and attend my course or will i be charged for frequent visits?

Any help appreciated.
