B1/B2 & pregnant

I currently have a B1/B2 visa and I'm pregnant - will/can I be denied entry at POE? I have a clean record - meaning I have never overstayed my time given. I just want to visit to purchase baby items and see relatives as after the baby is born I can't travel as much.

I have a similar question - does anyone have any info on whether there is an issue coming into the US when pregnant on a B1/B2 with intent to have the baby there - not interested in the Citizenship, just want to make use of the great birthing centers and mid-wifes that the US has to offer, and leave straight afterwards.
