Hi Folks,
my parents came to usa on B1-B2 (multiple), their visa is for 10
years.
at the immigration counter they could not answer all the questions
promply as of that the immigration officer said them that they cannot
stay here for more than one month.
but nothing is written on the passport neither on the I-94 form. as
its said orally do they have to stay only for the said time or can they
extend their stay?
if they extend their stay will it be a problem for them in their
second trip?
as they said one month will it be entered in their computers??
