Hi,
I am a foreign national with a valid passport, B1/B2 Valid till end of October (on I 94)
I arrived on 1st of May, met this girl that i fell in love with 1 month later, and this month we decided to move in together and we got married yesterday.
Now i need to have proper documents to become a resident of US, what should i do now?
Fill in I-130 and send it?
Fill in I-130 and I-485 together and send it?
or anything else?
Any help will be appreciated.
