Guys
I came on B1/B2 and got admitted in a school and applied for F1 before my B1/B2 I 94 could expire. Change of status to F1 was approved and was issued a new I 94. Now Got a job applied for H1B. That was approved too and was issued a new I 94 2 years ago.
Everything went 10 out of 10...

Now I need to visit India and need H1B stamped on my passport.
What are my chances of not making it back in and Living disgracfuly in india? What Kinda price do I have to pay to set my foot in India and feel the warmth and love of my fellow countrymen? Being a Muslim and looking for a visa stamped in post 9/11 is sacry as well.
Just curious..
Any response is welcomed and appreciated..

Well ??

Well - My advise is if you gotta go, You gotta go. And if you are destined to come back to Georgia or savanah, you will without any hassles. So my advise is go for it. Nothing can stop your short visit to your home land. If anything happens then still living in virar is not disgraceful by any chance. BTW I think you are Indian (no matter even if you are a Muslim). So you are still in safe league. Had you being from AGHstan then i would question your safe return.

Coming back to my question, how did you change your B1 to F1. I am interested in this part. Please advise me. (before you leave for India)
Thanks
