Hi all,
I came to the US in 2004 with B1/B2 visa and later on changed into H1B. My H1B valid until 2010. I never been out of status / overstayed before.
Now, I am planning to get my H1B visa stamp in Canada-maybe Vancouver or Ottawa, since I never have the actual H1B stamped in my passport.
My questions are:
1) Is there anyone experienced the same situation with me?
2) I changed from B1/B2 (visitor) to H1-will this give me a problem for getting my visa stamp?
3) I am graduating from my master degree in the US this year (2009), should I mention to them (during interview) that I am currently studying in the US?
Please advice.
Thank you.
