i applied for a visa last dec 9 and got a b1/b2 visa valid until jan 12.. the annotation says 'family vacation, 3 wks intended stay'.. i was supposed to travel with my mom after christmas but her schedule changed and she cant leave before my visa expires.. can i enter the us alone? what if i bring with me a copy of her ticket to prove that she will really go to the us a few weeks after?
