My H1 visa expired (final) in Jan 2005. I was last in the US in June 2004.
For another assignment with the same client, my company is planning to send me on B1 visa for a month. Will this cause me any problems on entering the US?
Also, since I have already been away for about seven months, will entering the US now on B1 cause a reset of the one year gap required for H1?
