b visa your experience please

hello all
i am living in usa for 4 years . i applied for asylum but in 2005 the ij dinied my asylum and he granted me withholding of removal.
my wife is outside usa we don't see each auther since i came here (2002).
she did apply for visitor visa twice she never get it.
for the fist time they ask her if she have kid ? she said no( we don'i have one)

the second time she bring eveything( her bank account, her vaccation notice from here job, here checks from here job, here householder paper ....)
but they refuse here again.

i never send her any paper like my drive licence. my bank .....
she never said to the consular that she going to see her husband in usa


my question :
is anybady there know what i can send here or what she suppose to bring agian in additionnal to help her get visa she gonna try it again in next descember?

Sorry, but, it is going to be very hard to get B visa for your wife.

She must show, strong, family ties to home country, also show strong social, financial ties

Does she have mother,. father, brothers sister in home country? Does she own a home?


Section 214 of the INA states

# Every applicant shall be deemed an immigrant until such times they prove top the consular officers satisfaction they are not#

yes she have her man, sisters, brohters,and her father in back home.
she have home with it's all papers
but she was rejected

if it possible tell me more about your experiences about b visa(visitor)
