Initially my brother took appointment on behalf of my parents at US Consulate Chennai for their visiting visa (pleasure) and has his details on the appointment document under US contact information. Now, due to some unavoidable circumstances he wants me to send documents as sponsor. Is this acceptable to send sponsor documents for my parents although my brother has his details on appointment document? Any information is appreciated.
