B Visa Extension

Hi,

My Parents have arrived in the US in August,05 and got a stay for 6 months at the Port of Entry, they have 10yr multiple entry visa,I was pregnant at that time, I had a premature baby this october and would like to extend her stay for 6 more months.

Is taking care of a Premature baby a valid reason for extending there stay and also what would be the right procedure to apply for this.Please advise

Well, that would be big mistake to say that you are extending the visa to take care of the baby. You should check this site if you have not already done so.
