Can you get a B visa at Chennai Consulate without traveling to the consulate?
My father needs a B visa(first time applicant) to come here for a month to get some medical advice. He lives in Hyderabad and cannot travel to Chennai for the visit to consulate (we're hoping he will be normal in a few weeks to travel to US). Also is there a way to expedite the visa for medical reasons.
