My parents were approved for 6 months when they visited first in 1999.
In 2003-2004 my mother tried to get B visa and was rejected 3 times (Nov & Dec 03 and Jan 04).
My mother is a GOVT school teacher.
We have provided all the documents that give proof of our property, job, taxes and many more.
Is it ok if she can try another time in NOV 04?
What are the things that needs to taken care or be careful?
NOTE:
I was on H1-B when they visited in 1999 and I was on EAD/AP when she tried in Nov & Dec 03 and Jan 04. I have my green card now.
I'd appreciate if Mr.Rajiv Khanna gives some light on it.
