Advance Parole - How do you Qualify

1-485 Pending.

I was trying to file my AP online and there is a section which says " On a separate piece of paper, please explain how you would qualify for an Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance Parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. (See instructions.) "
What do I write?

And on the first page there is "Class of Admission: " What do I write here?

I just wrote something like


Dear Sir/Madam

I would be grateful if you could consider my request for advanced parole

I have elderly relatives in (Home Country) who may need my help and support at short notice at at any time.

My work (on occaisons) will require I attend marketing seminars and reporting back to US employer

I am in the process of selling homes/shares/other assets which require my temporary attendance in home country

Class of admission is the status you had the last time you entered the US.
EX H-1B , AOS, etc.

All I ever said is that I wanted to take a 3 week vacation to visit relatives who I had not seen in more then a Year. Thats it.
 
What are the supporting documents that I need to send?

Other than
1) 2 Photographs
2) I-485 copy
3) I-140 Approval copy
4) EAD copy
5) I-94 copy
6) Passport copy

Do I need to send our previous AP copies too?

Coz, my wifes AP expires in 12/2005. But without realizing that, I entered the date of intended travel as 10/10/2005 for 21 days. Which still falls under 12/2005.
Is that an issue? Or will they just ignore it and issue a new AP?
