B-2 extension for my mother

I am trying to extend the B-2 visa for my mother. I have a few questions

1) On the I-539 form, what means "Address in care of"?
2) For part 4 regarding 3g. "Fully describe how your are supporting yourself. Include the source, amount and basis for any income".
If my mother claims that she depends on my income, do I need to provide an employment letter with the application?
3) My mother's visa will expire on 07/24/06. If the extension is not approved by then, how long my mother can stay here legally after the denial letter comes.
4) My mother's entry visa expiration date is Dec. 2006. If my mother chooses to go back to China and come back, how long will she get on her I-94 after the 2nd entry.

It is a little urgent. Answers will be highly appreciated.

1) It will be her address here in your "care", basically your address
2) W2/payslip along with bank statement will suffice. Provide and I-134 same as for visa interview.
3) She can stay but will have to depart in timely manner if denied
4) she can get a stay of upto six months even if she enters on the last day of her visa availabilty if she satisfies the Immigration officer that she is her for visit only and will go back

Now on a different note, since the visa stamp expires this year and she will have to visit consulate again, it moght not be a good idea to apply for extension, as she might be denied a visa the next time. Same goes for coming back too soon.
