B-2 Extension at CSC

Anybody know at this time how long it takes CSC to process B-2 extension request (for parents)?

My parents' I-94 is valid till August 2003. If we apply for B-2 extension for 6 month now and get approved very soon, say in June. Will the 6 month extension starts from June and we actually loss two months?
