Hi ,
I got a six month B-1 visa from counsellate and is expiring on 22nd Feb.
I am in US from 29th Aug 2004 and i have extended my I-94 till 10th of Feb.2005 which has been approved by USINS.
But i need to come back to US again within two months for a four month assignment.So i need to reapply as my visa is expiring again.
My questions are
1) Can i get B-1 visa stamped again after going back to india and revisit US for another four months?
(Because when i will go to the counsellate i will have stayed in US already for 5 and a half month. )
2) Also i would be reentering after two months so is there any time frame for reapplying for B-1 visa?
I would appreciate your advice.
