Hello!
I applied for N-400 on the basis of the 5 year rule. I received the denial letter stating that I have no good moral character due to the fact that they didn't receive RFE on time (divorce decree with USC spouse). My GR was obtain through marriage but we divorced after 2 years and 2 months of being married due to financial and emotional fights we had . On the hearing date, the officer told me that the reason for the denial was the RFE which I mailed after the testing and interview for citizenship. He also told me that they found it and was really received in their office right on time. When I filed for removal of the condition, we were still married. The 10 year green card was approved but the divorce decree came out before the approval date, will it cause final denial? He then said that my appeal is granted and the case is reopen but will be forwarded to his superior for the decision. I am very worried since I have not receive any letter from them and it's been almost four months after the hearing. Will my green card be revoked? or can I still re apply again for N-400? I remarried again to a US citizen after 8 months of my divorced with my petitioner. Can my new husband continue the petition for me? we are married for almost four years now and Is it okay to travel out of US for a couple of weeks while waiting for the decision? will I be allowed to get US entrance as a green card holder?
Thanks!
