I485 processing is going on. But I have no EAD. My H1 expired on Jan18 ( completed 6yrs).Along with this my I-94 also expired.
I had applired for 7th year extension on sep02. Still waiting for that approval.
My question is ..as my I-94 expired.. is it legal to stay and work on the premise of H1B pending application???
