I am scheduled for FP-2 on 5/20/04. My wife is the primary applicant and has not received a FP-2 notice. Also online message changed around Feb-04 to Received FP's July 2003.......FP-1 was done 9/2002 for both of us.Tried calling USCIS, they did not have anything to offer.
Anyone else in similar situation?
My lawyer states that they ask for FP-2 only if FP-1's are not clear.Is that true? I could not find any official website stating that FP's expire in 15 months but since almost everyone ends up redoing them I am sure they do.
