Awaiting after sending RFE response to VSC

I have seen many people getting an approval very quickly after NIW submission, but mine was submitted to VSC in june 05. Then in Feb 06 they sent me a RFE. On April 8th, 06, the VSC sent me an email saying that they received my response for the RFE.
Since then, the LUD has been stuck on 4/11/06.
My lawyer said that usually it takes a few weeks to get a final decision on RFE from the center.
It is now approaching 3 weeks.

I am so concerned about this issue.

BTW, my RFE was about the 3rd prong(independent letters). I initially sent 6 letters( 0 independent letter), but this time I sent 2 independent letters from the US, 1 independent letter from Europe, 1 independent letter from Canada + 1 from my future boss, 1 from the previous letter author(but a stronger version).

Your case should be approved in a few days, it took 21 days for my 1-140 approval (AD Apr6-06) after i sent in my RFE to VSC, my RFE was also for independent letters. Hope that releives you a bit.
