I am a Pakistani citizen living in Canada as a landed immigrant and working in US on H1B visa. I have used AVR service for two years since 2005 without any problems. My last H-1B visa stamp was expired in 2003. During the last two years, I have made sure that I do not stay out of US for more than 30 days as required by AVR rule.
