Avoid E-filing of EAD if possible

One of my friend told me today that he was unable to make an appointment with local center for photo and FP after E-filing for the next 42 days!!!!!:(
Maybe other local centers are not so busy.

Please share your E-filing experience. Thanks.
 
I did efile.

I did Efile when it just released it. After I submitted my form, I called national service line. They scheduled me for next day for photo and index finger print. I got my EAD card after two months. I have a friend who did regular file and got the EAD half month earlier than me.
Things may change lately.

I also have similiar experience. My wife did efile and we were able to do photo & Fp fast but EAD is still pending Our Rd date is July 29 and it's going to be 90 days now. As VSC they were processing Sep cases but we are still waiting
