I have got RFE for I-140 and have not received notice yet. More than 14 days have been over. I called 1-800- number they sent a query only. Can someone help. what can I do
When you called the 1-800 number ( NCSC) you should have taken the option of talking to TSC officer since your condition qualifies for it. They have sent you a notice and 15 days have passed since then so you are eligible to talk to a TSC officer. Try calling again.
