AVM update after RFE response?

Does anybody know how long it is taking currently in VSC to update the AVM after they receive RFE response?

My RFE response was mailed on Oct 3 and as per tracking record it was delivered on Oct 4. However, the AVM is still not updated acknowledging receipt. When I spoke to IIO on Oct 12 she said that mailroom is backlogged.

Is this time frame currently OK or should I worry about response being lost in mailroom?

I had the same problem as yours. Called IIO four times after I waited for 2 weeks, as my AVM had never been updated.
IIO told me the standard answers: "wait for 2 more weeks and then called back" or "mailroom problem".
Called my lawyer, she told me to wait! mailroom problem!

I sent response on 08/20

Finally....
INS acknowledge receipt on 10/09!!!!!

In what frequency did you call IIO ?

Did you resend the response or is it that the original response that you sent on 8/20 was acknowledeged on 10/09?

That\'s was my original response. My lawyer never resends my RFE response.

I called every two weeks in the first month, but IIO told me they hadn\'t received it.
I bugged my lawyer several times to ask her to resend my RFE response, but she never do it. She said it\'s unnecessary to resend document. She called IIO in mid Sep, they told her to wait for 2 more weeks and then consider to resend.
Finally wait for 3 weeks after she talked to INS, INS received my RFE response.

It made me mad and worry :(
Now, I am waiting for an officer to pick up my response. Don\'t know when it will be happened.
