AVM still says 900-999 days

My 485 Details Are

WAC 02 - 049 - 5XXXX
RD: Nov 05, 2001
ND: Nov 26, 2001

Finger Printing for My wife and Myself are done on April 02, 2002.

When I call up, the AVM gives the usual "... it takes between 900 and 999 days" messages.

One of my friend whose Receipt Dates are after month of mine, and his FP is done in the second week of April, 2002 says that for him the message is acknoledges the receipt of Finger Prints.

Is there any thing that I can/need to do from my side?

Please Help.

call IIO

My FP was done in March but, the AVM was repeating the same message as yours until last month. I called IIO to inquire about my case sometime in July and next day when I checked the AVM, message changed to FP received on ..... and processing resumed.

This topic is discussed many times in this board. Just call IIO and ask the status on your case.
