Hi there,

My I-485 EB2 case is transferred to San Jose, CA (INS local office). Don't even know why! I guess this means "Interview". Wonder someone would be able to provide timeline and preparation information.

On November 15, 2002, we transferred your I485 APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS to our office in SAN JOSE, CA for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case.
