Finally it\'s my turn. (My wife is not approved yet)

My Detail
PD : 3/98
I140 for EB2 was rejected first. But lawyer filed the motion to reconsider and was approved.
RD : 6/22/00
ND : 6/23/00
FP : 1/16/01 (Newark, NJ)
AD : 7/26/01 (As per AVM)
EAD : 1st EAD Expired and 2nd received last week. Also got it from Local INS after 90 days.
RFE : No RFE for Me
Wife Case is not approved yet only my case is approved as per AVM.
RFE for wife: 7/6/01, received on 7/12/01( For her medical)
Replied RFE for wife : 7/23/01 (Reached to INS on 7/24/01 as per tracking, but AVM is not changed yet)

I hope my wife\'s case gets approved soon..

But till then I can tell one thing to all of you, Guys one day it will be your turn too...

Bapu, could you post if the AVM announced that you had an RFE for I-140. How do you know if I-140 has an RFE or other issues. Thanks.

There was no RFE to I140. We just received the rejected letter.. I never knew about AVM till I filed I485.
