Avm Says My Record Could Not Be Located! Fp 5may

PLEASE HELP!, IS THIS USUAL TO GET WRONG MESSAGE ON INS AUTO-VOICE-RESPONSE SYSTEM.

EB1/INDIA/L1/FP DONE ON 5TH MAY AND FBI FORWARED TO INS ON 8MAY?

COULD THE CASE HAVE MOVED TO LOCAL INS?

This message seems to be arbitrarily appearing in most case... I would not mind one such... Either INS must be doing some sort of AVM updates... or some trouble etc...

I am also getting the same message, my ND : JAN 2001 and FP : May 22, 2001, FBI also forwarded my FP\'s to INS on May 22.
please let me know what happend with you case(if you were able to talk to IIO, I am tring to talk to an IIO)
